- Why Coffee Makes me Feel Good about Life?
There's plenty of reasons why I said that coffee is good for you? Coffee has many postitves about the idea of drinking as an adult. Coffee has solid evidence-backed upsides for mental health and overall well-being when consumed in moderation, typically 2–4 cups per day for most adults, though it also carries potential downsides from drinking too much or from stopping abruptly. Moderate intake, especially 2–3 cups daily, often shows a J-shaped relationship with mental health outcomes, where benefits peak at this level while higher or lower amounts provide less advantage. Coffee links to improved mood and a lower risk of depression, as it stimulates dopamine for pleasure and motivation, potentially reducing depression risk by up to about one-third in some analyses through its antioxidants and anti-inflammatory effects. It can also reduce anxiety and stress in moderation while enhancing alertness, focus, and cognitive performance, particularly when fatigued. Drinking Coffee helps you when you're feeling sad or if you wanted to have time to help your brian stay focused and be on track. Long-term, caffeine boosts attention, reaction time, and memory, and coffee drinkers tend to have lower risks of Alzheimer's, dementia, and Parkinson's due to neuroprotective antioxidants like polyphenols and reduced inflammation. Beyond mental health, it supports overall well-being with better energy, mood stability, lower risks of chronic conditions such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and liver issues, plus a comforting ritual and minor hydration benefits. These perks come from both caffeine's stimulant effects and other coffee compounds, with black, ground, or unsweetened varieties often showing stronger links—even decaf offers some advantages. However, excess coffee (for example, over 400mg of caffeine daily, roughly 4+ cups) can cause jitters, increased anxiety, insomnia, elevated heart rate or blood pressure, and digestive issues like stomach upset or acid reflux, especially later in the day or in sensitive individuals. Regular use builds dependency and tolerance, requiring more for the same effect, and added sugar or cream can offset benefits. Genetics influence caffeine metabolism, so slow metabolizers may feel effects longer, and groups like pregnant people or those with anxiety disorders or certain heart conditions should limit intake. On the other hand, abruptly quitting coffee triggers real caffeine withdrawal, which feels rough for heavy daily drinkers. Symptoms typically start 12–24 hours after stopping, peak in 1–2 days, and last 2–9 days, including headaches (from brain blood flow changes), fatigue, drowsiness, low energy, irritability, depressed mood, anxiety, difficulty concentrating or brain fog, and sometimes nausea or flu-like feelings. After withdrawal passes, quitting can bring benefits like better natural sleep, reduced anxiety or jitters for some, fewer bathroom trips, and freedom from dependency, with many people adapting well through gradual reduction. In practical terms, the sweet spot for many adults is 2–3 cups per day of preferably black or minimally sweetened coffee, timed for morning or early afternoon to protect sleep. Listen to your body if it causes jitters or poor sleep, cut back or switch to decaf or herbal options. Not everyone needs coffee, as some thrive without it alongside good sleep, diet, and exercise. Coffee is not a miracle cure, but as part of a healthy lifestyle, it remains one of the more enjoyable habits with net positive evidence for most adults. If you have specific health conditions, consult a doctor. Enjoy your cup! ☕
- Scott's Monthly Songs Top 40 Charts: May 2026
Summer Energy Rising May is where everything starts to click. After April’s transition into lighter, more melodic sounds, this month fully embraces the shift into pre-summer energy. The music feels brighter, more open, and more driven by emotion and movement rather than intensity alone. Drum & Bass still holds a strong presence, but it now leans more uplifting and melodic, built for long drives and warm nights. EDM begins to feel more festival-ready, with bigger builds, cleaner drops, and a stronger focus on atmosphere. At the same time, country and pop crossover tracks continue to rise, adding warmth, storytelling, and that unmistakable “windows down” feeling. Rock remains part of the chart as well, but like April, it evolves — less about aggression and more about emotion, anthemic choruses, and connection. Overall, May isn’t about changing direction it’s about elevation. The sound is more confident, more polished, and more in tune with the season. Every track feels like it’s leading somewhere towards longer days, louder speakers, and the peak of summer. This is where the energy builds. ☀️🎧🚗 🎧 Scott’s Top 40 Charts — Spring Into Summer 2026 These are the songs currently defining the transition from spring into summer. The chart blends melodic Drum & Bass, emotional rock, uplifting EDM, and country crossover energy into one evolving soundtrack built for longer days, night drives, concerts, and future summer memories. 1. Too Fast – Emily Makis Fast-paced and full of adrenaline, this track perfectly captures your current Drum & Bass obsession. Emily Makis’ vocals glide over high-speed production, making it feel emotional and energetic at the same time. The vocals sounded perfect for a pop song while the music in the backgorund has some reggae and bass for a dancefloor DnB. I moved the song back to #1 for the second time becuase it was too good to not get tired of the song itself. 2. Power – Kanine Pure high-octane DnB energy. This is one of the hardest-hitting tracks in the rotation and feels built for loud speakers, and having the best energy for dancefloor. 3. Teardrop (Friction & Subsonic Remix) – Hannah Boleyn, Friction & Subsonic One of the defining songs of your spring transition. As it was #1 earlier thsi month, the Emotional vocals mixed with uplifting DnB production make this feel like a future summer anthem already in motion. 4. Highlights into May As May begins, several songs from late April and early May stand out as major highlights that helped shape the sound of the month. These tracks show how the chart moved from spring energy into a stronger pre-summer direction, with Drum & Bass, EDM, rock, and country all making big moves. The biggest story is the run of #1 songs that carried momentum into May. “The Game” by Mango started the push on April 13, followed by “Teardrop (Friction & Subsonic Remix)” by Hannah Boleyn, Friction & Subsonic on April 20. Then “Too Fast” by Emily Makis hit #1 on April 27 before “Power” by Kanine took over on May 4. That run shows how Drum & Bass became one of the strongest sounds in the chart heading toward summer. There were also big emotional and festival-ready moments. “Rain” by FISHER peaked at #2, bringing house energy into the mix, while “Lost” by Catch Your Breath reached #3 with darker emotional rock power. Tracks like “Feel This Way” by LICIA & Solid State, “Overflow” by T & Sugah & Nu-La, and “Synchronized” by Metrik kept the melodic electronic sound alive with strong spring-to-summer momentum. One of the biggest new additions is “In Every Life (Koven Remix)” by Audien & Koven, which brings emotional melodic Drum & Bass into the chart. It feels uplifting, cinematic, and festival-ready, making it a perfect song for late spring and early summer. Another major story in the May charts is how some songs entered after the April chart period and quickly transformed into serious Top 10 contenders. These weren’t just small new entries — they became major chart moments within only a month. “Still Do” by Anne Wilson & Cole Swindell became one of the biggest country crossover stories of the month. After entering after the April charts, it quickly climbed into the Top 10 with its warm emotional sound, strong duet chemistry, and relatable country-pop storytelling. The song helped prove that country music was becoming a bigger part of the chart as summer got closer “Breakthrough” by TIM3LIMIT & Mango had one of the most exciting rises on the electronic side. It started lower in the Top 40 but became an overnight success in the May charts, climbing all the way into the Top 10. Its cinematic build-up, progressive energy, and uplifting momentum made it feel like a true transformation song one that matched the feeling of May becoming brighter, bigger, and more summer-ready. Country also continues to grow with songs like “You Phase” by Mitchell Tenpenny, “Can’t Sit Still” by Lainey Wilson, and “Hate How You Look” by Josh Ross. These tracks bring romance, movement, heartbreak, and storytelling into the May chart, giving the playlist that warm “windows down” feeling. The Drum & Bass side gets stronger with “Midnight Sun” by Kanine, “Freak Of Nature” by Exception & LICIA, and “Naughty Girl” by Changing Faces & LIIA. These songs bring nighttime energy, dancefloor confidence, and bold summer momentum. Rock also enters with serious power. “In Waves” by Three Days Grace and "Lost" by Catch Your Breath add emotional intensity, heavier vocals, and an anthem-like feeling. They balance the EDM and country songs with strength and drama. The EDM and house side also shines with “Ocean Eyes” by TELYKAST, Frank Walker & Steerner and “touch (Disciples Remix)” by Kaskade, MKLA & Disciples. These songs bring smoother, romantic, late-night dance energy into the May charts. - Scott's Monthly Songs Top 40 Charts: April 2026
Spring Feels & The Road to Summer April marks a major turning point in my music rotation. After a winter filled with high-intensity Drum & Bass, aggressive rock, and heavy bass energy, this month begins the transition into a more balanced and melodic sound. The core energy is still there, but now it’s evolving becoming smoother, more emotional, and more driven by strong vocals. This chart reflects that shift perfectly. Melodic DnB continues to dominate, but it’s now joined by uplifting EDM, cinematic electronic tracks, and a growing presence of country and pop crossover records. Songs are starting to feel lighter, warmer, and more suited for longer days, sunset drives, and that first real taste of spring. At the same time, rock hasn’t disappeared, it’s simply changing form. Instead of pure aggression, many of the rock tracks this month lean more emotional and reflective, adding depth rather than just intensity.Overall, April 2026 isn’t about slowing down it’s about refining the energy. This is the bridge between the chaos of winter and the anthem-driven peak of summer. Welcome to the Spring Feels era. 🌸🎧🚗 Scott’s Spring Feels Top 40 🌸🎧 Mainstream Chart — April 2026 As winter fades and spring energy takes over, this month’s chart reflects a shift toward melodic Drum & Bass, emotional rock, and festival-ready EDM. - Melbourne Demons vs Richmond Tigers: From Gritty Contest to Final Quarter Blitz – Dees Dominate the Tigers
Under the iconic lights of the MCG on Anzac Eve 2026, the Melbourne Demons faced the Richmond Tigers in a traditional Friday night blockbuster. Fresh off a nail-biting win the previous week, the Demons were looking to build momentum under their new coaching setup, while the young and developing Tigers side aimed to secure their first victory of the season and show the fight that has become their trademark in recent years. The atmosphere was electric from the opening bounce, with both teams bringing plenty of physicality and intensity. Richmond started with real energy and edge, harassing Melbourne into some early mistakes and matching them around the contest. The Demons, however, gradually found their rhythm, led by the brilliant Kysaiah Pickett, who was electric from the outset. What followed was a classic Anzac Eve contest: three quarters of genuine arm-wrestle and back-and-forth football, before Melbourne produced a decisive final-term surge that lit up the famous arena. Standout moments included Pickett’s breathtaking Mark of the Year contender late in the last quarter and a dominant display from the Demons’ forward and midfield brigade. 1st Quarter The Tigers opened the match with confidence. Jonty Faull kicked the first goal of the game, giving Richmond an early spark. Richmond also started well around the clearances, with Noah Balta beginning in the ruck and the Tigers winning the first three clearances. Melbourne responded through Matthew Jefferson, who kicked the Demons’ first goal from a kick-in. Richmond kept pushing early, and Steely Green added another goal to keep the Tigers right in the contest. But after that early Richmond burst, Melbourne began to settle. The Demons lifted their ball movement, found cleaner entries, and started to control more territory. Kade Chandler, Caleb Windsor, and Tom Sparrow all hit the scoreboard, while Mykelti Lefau kicked a late goal for Richmond to keep the Tigers within reach. Scores at quarter time: Richmond 3.1 (19) – Melbourne 4.4 (28). Melbourne led by 9 points. Key contributors included early goals for Richmond from players like Faull and others, with Melbourne replying through Green, Chandler, Windsor, Sparrow, and Lefau in the flow of play. 2nd Quarter The second quarter began with a special moment for Richmond as Sam Cumming kicked the first goal of his AFL career in his debut game. It was a huge moment for the young Tiger and gave Richmond another lift. Seth Campbell followed with a goal, and Richmond’s set-shot kicking was excellent early. The Tigers were making the most of their chances and were putting real pressure on Melbourne. Melbourne answered through Harry Sharp and Bailey Laurie, but Richmond continued to challenge. Hugo Ralphsmithkicked a goal, and the Tigers were winning more contested possessions during parts of the quarter. Then Melbourne’s stars started to take over. Kysaiah Pickett kicked two important second-quarter goals, showing his speed, class, and ability to hurt Richmond when the ball hit the ground. Harvey Langford also kicked a goal, and Brody Mihocek added another late in the quarter. Richmond got one back through Kane McAuliffe right before half-time, but Melbourne had done enough damage to build a solid lead. Scores at half time: Richmond 7.2 (44) – Melbourne 10.5 (65). Melbourne led by 21 points. The quarter opened up more, allowing Melbourne’s class to show through as they built a handy buffer. 3rd Quarter The third quarter started exactly how Richmond needed it to. Mykelti Lefau kicked his second goal of the match, and Richmond’s set-shot kicking remained sharp. The Tigers continued to fight hard. Tom Lynch kicked a goal after being a major target inside 50, and Seth Campbell added his second goal to keep Richmond alive. For a while, Richmond looked like they could keep hanging around and maybe make Melbourne nervous. But every time the Tigers found a goal, Melbourne had an answer. Brody Mihocek kicked his second goal, Matthew Jefferson added another, and Kysaiah Pickett kicked his third. The Demons were not fully breaking the game open yet, but they were controlling it. Scores at three-quarter time: Richmond 10.5 (65) – Melbourne 13.9 (87). Melbourne led by 22 points. It still felt like a genuine contest heading into the final term. 4th Quarter Melbourne unleashed a dominant six-goal final term, overwhelming Richmond with superior finishing and class to blow the game open. The Demons turned a 22-point lead into a 54-point victory. The final quarter was where the match changed completely. Melbourne came out with power, speed, and confidence. Bayley Fritsch kicked the first big goal of the final term, then Caleb Windsor added another. The Tigers were suddenly under huge pressure, and the Demons were turning forward-half opportunities into quick scores. Then Pickett stepped up again. At 10:58 of the final quarter, Kysaiah Pickett kicked his fourth goal, putting the finishing touches on a brilliant performance. His ability to win the ball, burst forward, create scoring chances, and finish in front of goal made him the standout player on the ground. Fritsch kicked another goal, Brody Mihocek added his third, and Max Gawn eventually joined the scoring late. Richmond managed one final-quarter goal through Sam Lalor, but by then Melbourne had completely taken control. The Demons outworked, outran, and outscored Richmond in the final term, blowing the game open and running away with a dominant win. Brody Mihocek scored for Melbourne Demons with his fans Pickett’s Mark of the Year Moment Even with the result already decided, Kysaiah Pickett still had one more magical moment left. With about one minute remaining, the ball came flying forward and Pickett launched himself into the contest. He rose high, attacked the ball with perfect timing, and pulled down a spectacular grab that instantly felt like a Mark of the Year contender. The MCG crowd erupted. It was the perfect final image of the night: Pickett soaring above the pack, full of confidence, putting an exclamation mark on one of the best performances of his season. He had already dominated the match with his goals, disposals, clearances, and metres gained. But that late mark turned his night into something unforgettable. It was not just a great game. It was a Kozzy Pickett show. Kysaiah Pickett made the Mark of the Year Moment Fans celebrated the victory Notable scoring progression in the final quarter (approximate times based on play-by-play): Early goals helped Melbourne push the lead out steadily. At one stage the score sat at Richmond 65 – Melbourne 113 (after a Fritsch goal). Kysaiah Pickett then kicked a goal to make it 65–106 (Melbourne still building momentum). Bayley Fritsch added another to reach 65–112. Brody Mihocek (#28) then scored a goal that took Melbourne’s total to 119 points (score: Richmond 65 – Melbourne 119). This was a key moment in the blitz as the Demons pulled further clear with about six minutes remaining in the game.15 Richmond replied with a goal from S. Lalor to make it 71–119. Max Gawn added a goal and behinds late to help seal the final margin. Final score: Richmond 11.6 (72) – Melbourne 19.12 (126). Kysaiah Pickett (#36) was best on ground overall with 4 goals, 29 disposals, and a spectacular mark-of-the-year contender. The last-quarter surge was the difference after a competitive first three terms. Anzac Eve 2026 Awards at the MCG – Melbourne Demons v Richmond Tigers After a thrilling and dominant performance on Anzac Eve, the Melbourne Demons claimed a 54-point victory over the Richmond Tigers (19.12 (126) to 11.6 (72)). Post-match, the traditional awards were presented on the ground at the MCG. Frank ‘Checker’ Hughes Medal (Best on Ground) Winner: Kysaiah Pickett (Melbourne) Pickett delivered a career-best performance, finishing with 29 disposals, 4 goals, 6 clearances, 7 score involvements, and 771 metres gained. He capped it with a spectacular Mark of the Year contender in the final quarter. This was his second-highest rated game, and he thoroughly deserved the medal for a true masterclass.
- Leeds United 3-1 Burnley: Premier League Survival History That Improved the 2nd Half of the Season at Elland Road
A Must-Win Night Under the Lights Elland Road was buzzing with nervous energy and hope as Leeds United welcomed already-relegated Burnley. Fresh off an FA Cup semi-final heartbreak, Daniel Farke's side knew a strong result would push them closer to Premier League safety. With 40 points before kick-off and Tottenham looming in the relegation scrap, three points felt almost essential. The atmosphere was electric. Leeds, in their classic white, faced a Burnley side playing for pride under interim manager Mike Jackson. Stach returned from injury, and the lineup carried attacking intent. Over 36,000 fans were ready to roar the Whites toward safety. First Half: Early Dominance and a Stunning Opener Leeds came flying out of the blocks. The pressure paid off in the 8th minute when Anton Stach found space and unleashed a low, powerful long-range strike. The shot arrowed into the bottom corner, leaving Burnley goalkeeper Martin Dubravka wrong-footed. 1-0 Leeds! Elland Road erupted. The home side controlled possession and created more chances, with Jayden Bogle and others pushing forward. Burnley looked disjointed and offered little threat, sitting deep but struggling to contain Leeds' midfield energy. Ao Tanaka and others dictated the tempo. At half-time, it was 1-0, but Leeds fans sensed more goals could come. The foundation for a big night was laid. Second Half: Quickfire Goals Seal the Deal Leeds picked up where they left off after the break. In the 52nd minute, Dominic Calvert-Lewin produced a clever back-heel to free Jayden Bogle on the right. His cross found Noah Okafor, who finished clinically. 2-0! The stadium was electrified at Elland Road in Yorkshire. The party really starts four minutes later in the 56th minute. Ao Tanaka steps up from distance and rifles a powerful shot toward goal. Dubravka parries it, but the rebound falls perfectly for Calvert-Lewin, who stabs it home from close range despite a collision in the box. 3-0 Leeds United! Relief mixes with pure joy across Elland Road. Calvert-Lewin, with his 13th goal of the season, has been a monster all night. Over the hills of Yorkshire and far away, Leeds United had Relief mixed with pure joy across Elland Road despite that they can be on the brink of safety. In the 68th minute, Burnley think they have pulled one back. A well-worked move ends with a low drive beating Karl Darlow, but the assistant’s flag goes up immediately for offside. Replays later confirm the decision was correct a big let-off for Leeds, keeping the three-goal cushion intact at that stage. Burnley finally gets on the scoresheet in the 71st minute when Loum Tchaouna races onto Jaidon Anthony’s pass and smashes a fierce low shot into the net for 3-1. It’s a quality finish, but too little, too late. Leeds comfortably saw out the remaining time, with Daniel James and others threatening on the break. The final whistle confirmed a vital victory. Post-Match Celebration: Relief, Pride, and One Step Closer The full-time whistle sparked scenes of celebration. Fans sang loudly, players hugged, and the Elland Road faithful belted out the classics. Leeds moved to 43 points, nine clear of the drop zone with three games left a position from which no team has ever been relegated. Leeds gets to temporarily stay in 14th place before Saturday's Match and fans acrossed Elland Road. The tactical discipline, the clinical finishing, and the electric atmosphere capped by those thunderous renditions of “I Predict a Riot” made this a night to remember. A huge step forward for this promoted side. Daniel Farke was proud but measured in his post-match comments: "It's a massive win... We will celebrate properly when it's mathematically done, but 43 points is good." He praised his players' resilience after a tough period. Dominic Calvert-Lewin (now with 13 goals this season) called it an "unbelievable feeling." The dressing room and stands were filled with hope — this result all but secures Premier League football for next season. Up the Whites! Next up: a trip to Tottenham. One more big performance could make it official. March on! ⚪️ What a night for Leeds United. MOT.
- Krewella Alive (ScottyTooHotty Bootleg) is the Best Song of my Highlight
This is the best song i've listen to Why “Alive (ScottyTooHotty Bootleg)” Turns a Teenage Dream Into a Drum & Bass Anthem The reason why this song “Alive” by Krewella came out in 2013, and for me, it became one of those songs that felt like a teenage dream. It had that emotional, uplifting feeling that made you feel unstoppable, the kind of song that made you imagine big nights, bright lights, and unforgettable memories. Years later, hearing “Alive (ScottyTooHotty Bootleg)” in 2026 feels like taking that same teenage dream and turning it into a full-power drum and bass anthem. What makes this bootleg special is how it connects the past with the present. The original already had heart, emotion, and energy, but the ScottyTooHotty Bootleg gives it a brand-new rush. The fast drums, heavy bass pressure, and festival-style drop make the vocals hit even harder. Every time the bootleg plays, it brings that burst of endorphins that feeling of excitement, nostalgia, and pure energy all at once. This is the kind of bootleg that says, “I grew up with this song, but now I’m making it my own.” It keeps the heart of the original while transforming it into something faster, louder, and more explosive. The drum and bass sound gives it movement, adrenaline, and a grown-up edge, making it perfect for a late-night mix, a festival set, or a moment where the crowd wants to feel alive together. “Alive (ScottyTooHotty Bootleg)” stands out because it is personal. It is not just about remixing a song, it is about honoring a memory and upgrading it for a new era. It takes the 2013 nostalgia of Krewella’s “Alive” and brings it into 2026 with bass, speed, attitude, and emotion. That is why this bootleg feels like one of ScottyTooHotty’s best ideas: it turns a teenage dream. into a grown-up drum and bass banger.
- Toyota Dealership is like a Playground
While my car was out for maintenance, I wanted to go check out the showcase and use my imagination driving a Toyota. I love to imagine alternative lifestyles if I drive a Toyota like Prius, Corolla, Corolla Cross, Tacoma, Sienna, Camry, RAV4 and much more. When I pretend to drive a Sienna, I’m more like being a taxi driver or run a Dayhab. While pretending to drive a Prius, I’d rather live th luxury life with a new design of the model. If I’d drive a Toyota Tacoma, I would’ve rather live the Country life and do farm work and dirt road trips. If I’d drive the Toyota Camry Hybrid, I would’ve been a taxi driver or my standard car. If I would’ve drive the Corolla, I would’ve relive the life of the 99 Camry. If I drive the Corolla Cross, I would’ve life my standard life if I didn’t live near the ocean. While I was in my curious mind, I’d love to check out the interior of each model to see a small difference. Sometimes I like to understand the difference of the interior before I move on the to the next vehicle at the showcase. While my car is at the Dealership for maintenance, I always like to find a good day to entertain myself while waiting for my car to be done.
- NASCAR ARCA Menards Series: Andy Jankowiak Of Buffalo New York won the Taliadega Race
On April 25, 2026, it was a cloudy afternoon in Alabama as drivers were getting ready to roll out their cars and getting ready to take charge with 40 drivers underway to determine to take the race to win in the The Alabama Manufactured Housing 200. Fans were getting to watch this thrilling performance and show off their talent of racing. The Alabama Manufactured Housing 200 got underway with classic Talladega pack racing. Gio Ruggiero started on pole and led early, as the field quickly formed into tight, multi-car drafts. By lap 15, the top 10 cars broke away in a single-file train hugging the inside line, while the rest of the pack fought for position further back. Andy Jankowiak, starting 10th in the No. 71 Hook’d Solutions Chevrolet for KLAS Motorsports, initially lost touch with the lead group during the first half. The veteran from Buffalo, New York, stayed patient, knowing the draft at Talladega always offers second chances. The first caution waved around lap 30 when Alli Owens spun in the tri-oval, bunching the field. A scheduled competition caution followed near lap 38, giving teams time to adjust and resetting the race for the second half. As the field went back to green, the intensity ramped up. Ben Lindley led the most laps early with 23 total, while Cleetus McFarland (running as Garrett Mitchell in the No. 30 Ford) began showing strong speed and even led his first career ARCA laps. The middle cautions helped shuffle the order without major drama, allowing drivers like Jankowiak to methodically work forward using pushes from the draft. Surprisingly, Brenden “Butterbean” Queen made an appearance in the commentator booth and talked with Cleetus McFarland about how winning the race would be a huge opportunity. The moment brought some fun energy to the broadcast, with the commentators laughing along with him over the radio. For most of the run, it had been a smooth ride for Gio Ruggiero and Cleetus McFarland, but with 19 laps to go, Talladega’s chaos finally arrived. Eric Caudell in the No. 7 accidentally made contact with Bobby Earnhardt in the No. 89, sending Caudell’s car out of control into Turn 3. As smoke and haze filled the track, Bryan Dauzat in the No. 75 tried to avoid the wreck, but with almost no visibility, he slammed into Caudell. The hard crash brought out Caution No. 4 on Lap 59 and completely reset the race with the finish closing in. After the wreck, safety crews rushed into action as ambulances and tow trucks rolled onto the track to check on the drivers and clear the damaged cars. The biggest concern was making sure everyone involved was okay after the heavy impact and low-visibility crash. Once the medical team looked over the drivers and the tow crews began removing the wrecked cars, the race stayed under caution while officials worked to get Talladega cleaned up for the next restart. The real fireworks erupted in the second half. With roughly seven laps to go, the “Big One” struck near the tri-oval. The race saw its most destructive caution of the day, turning into a massive Talladega pileup that forced the red flag. It started when Thomas Annunziata in the No. 70 went around after Will Kimmel in the No. 69 contacted and loosened him from behind. Annunziata slid down into Gio Ruggiero in the No. 18, and from there, the wreck quickly spread through the pack. George “Squirrel McNutt” Siciliano in the No. 0, Andrew Patterson in the No. 1, and Ryan Huff in the No. 36 all made contact in the crash, while Bryce Haugeberg in the No. 11, Tim Richmond in the No. 27, Bobby Dale Earnhardt in the No. 89, and Ron Vandermeir Jr. in the No. 26 all received damage. Annunziata drove his damaged car through the grass of the tri-oval after getting wrecked, while some drivers limped back to pit road and others were left stranded on the track. The crash brought out a major caution and stopped the race under red flag conditions as safety crews checked on the drivers and worked to clean up the damaged cars. During the delay, an additional car even crashed under caution, extending the downtime and adding even more chaos to an already wild Talladega finish. On the final green-white-checkered-style dash, Isabella Robusto and others lined up near the front, but McFarland earned a prime position. As the leaders charged into the final lap, a wild three-wide battle unfolded. McFarland and Gus Dean banged doors aggressively in the tri-oval while fighting for the lead. That contact briefly slowed them just enough—opening the high lane for Jankowiak. Lurking in the draft with McFarland earlier, Jankowiak pulled a massive run from further back, dove outside, cleared the pack, and surged to the checkered flag by a razor-thin 0.111 seconds over McFarland (with Dean just 0.114 back in third). Isabella Robusto and Gio Ruggiero rounded out the top five in the chaotic scramble. Andy Jankowiak’s first career ARCA Menards Series win in his 48th start was pure Talladega magic with a thriller of patience in the first half paid off with perfect positioning and a last-lap heroics in the second. The race featured nine lead changes among five drivers, five cautions for 26 laps, and one red flag everything fans love about plate racing. It was a breakthrough moment for the Buffalo grinder, honoring his late father and proving that staying calm through the early chaos can lead to glory when the green flies one final time. He also had an interview with Fox Sports that he was thankful that his friends and members that witnessed his moment of being the Champion of The Alabama Manufactured Housing 200. He was very calm and happy that he won for the very first time that took him into the Championship Spot.

At the 100th minute during the final minutes of stoppage time, Liverpool found the winner in the 90+10th minute, when Dominik Szoboszlai delivered a pinpoint corner and captain Virgil van Dijk rose above the defense to power home a decisive header, sealing a 2–1 victory. - My first Drum and Bass Concert to see Friction at The Meadows
I've always wanted to go to a Drum and Bass Concert which that was one of my bucket list for EDM Concert. When Friction started on, I was excited to see perform. If remembered the songs he started off the show with Mad in the Jungle featuring Doctor, then he played - Turn The Music Louder (Rumble) by KDA feat. Tinie Tempah & Katy B , Solar System by Sub Focus, My favorite song Love You So (Never Know), Rush by Wilkinson & Dimension, Your Love, Spartan Law (VIP), Hold That Sucker Down, Light it Up by Kanine, Baby Boy DnB Bootleg, Shoot, Gangsta's Paradise DnB, Lasers & Eyes On Me, Never Too Old with Emily Makis, Satisfaction DnB Bootleg, Legends, Back to Yor Roots (Old School), and Teardrop (Friction & Subsonic Remix). When it was about to end, he made a quick speech about loving music and performing his songs with his fans. When he surpirsed everyone for his last show of the night. I was so excited when he played Holding On with Sam Harper and it was the best Drum and Bass Show that I could've asked for. When he finished the event, he pointed at me for being the most energized fan and it was my first DnB Show. I also took a pixture with him and talked to fans that loved my energy on the dancefloor. - It’s that Time of the Year Autism Acceptance Month
Autism Acceptance Month is about understanding, Inclusion, and Celebrating Neurodiversity. Every April, communities across the United States and around the world come together to recognize Autism Acceptance Month, a time dedicated not only to awareness, but to true understanding, inclusion, and respect for individuals on the autism spectrum. What began years ago as a campaign focused mainly on awareness has evolved into something much more meaningful, like a movement centered on acceptance, representation, and empowerment. Autism, also known as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), is a developmental condition that affects how people communicate, interact socially, and experience the world around them. Because it exists on a spectrum, every autistic individual is different, with unique strengths, challenges, and perspectives. Autism Acceptance Month reminds us that these differences are not something to “fix,” but rather something to understand and embrace as part of human diversity. A key moment during the month is World Autism Awareness Day, observed on April 2 each year. This day highlights global efforts to raise awareness and support for autistic individuals. However, the broader message of the month goes beyond a single day as it encourages ongoing education, open conversations, and long-term change in how society views and supports the autism community. One of the most important shifts in recent years has been the move from awareness to acceptance. Awareness simply means recognizing that autism exists, while acceptance means actively creating inclusive environments where autistic individuals feel valued and supported. This includes accessible education, inclusive workplaces, and communities that celebrate differences instead of excluding them. Symbols and colors have also played a role in representing autism. The puzzle piece has historically been used, though it has sparked discussion within the community. More recently, the infinity symbol has gained popularity as a representation of neurodiversity, emphasizing that there is no single way to think, learn, or experience the world. The color blue is often associated with autism campaigns, especially in widely recognized initiatives. Autism Acceptance Month is ultimately about people and real individuals with voices, stories, talents, and goals. It is a time to listen to autistic perspectives, support advocacy efforts, and break down outdated stereotypes. By promoting understanding and inclusion, we can help build a world where everyone, regardless of neurological differences, has the opportunity to thrive. As we recognize Autism Acceptance Month, the message is clear: acceptance matters. When society moves beyond awareness and embraces inclusion, it creates stronger communities, deeper connections, and a more compassionate world for everyone.
