Spring Feels & The Road to Summer

April marks a major turning point in my music rotation. After a winter filled with high-intensity Drum & Bass, aggressive rock, and heavy bass energy, this month begins the transition into a more balanced and melodic sound. The core energy is still there, but now it’s evolving becoming smoother, more emotional, and more driven by strong vocals.

This chart reflects that shift perfectly. Melodic DnB continues to dominate, but it’s now joined by uplifting EDM, cinematic electronic tracks, and a growing presence of country and pop crossover records. Songs are starting to feel lighter, warmer, and more suited for longer days, sunset drives, and that first real taste of spring. At the same time, rock hasn’t disappeared, it’s simply changing form. Instead of pure aggression, many of the rock tracks this month lean more emotional and reflective, adding depth rather than just intensity.Overall, April 2026 isn’t about slowing down it’s about refining the energy. This is the bridge between the chaos of winter and the anthem-driven peak of summer. Welcome to the Spring Feels era. 🌸🎧🚗

Scott’s Spring Feels Top 40 🌸🎧

This is the bridge between Winter Chaos → Summer Anthem Season.

Highlights into April

Dominate by Three Days Grace was #1 since after the Loud Island Bite Bash Concert as Feelings by Sam Gray stole the show to wrapped up the month as it smoothly entered the Top 10. Feelings by Androminik & Sam Gray reached to #1 to start off Spring. I Hate Everything About You by Three Days Grace took the top spot during the month of April. I went to see Friction at The Meadows in Brooklyn on 3/28 which I had total faith with his 2 songs that are rising up the Top 40 Charts. The Game by Mango reached to the Top Spot just in time for the April Charts. Feel This Way by LICIA gives me the next idea for my next DnB Song really soon.
